BSM Facility Solutions is seeking a polished and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential building in Manhattan. The ideal candidate is Bolivian, fluent in English and Mandarin, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Location: Manhattan, NY
Shifts Available:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 32–40 hours offered
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism
Manage front desk operations and maintain building security
Coordinate deliveries and appointments with vendors
Communicate clearly with building staff and management
Offer helpful and courteous service in both English and Mandarin
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
Bolivian candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Previous concierge, hospitality, or luxury building experience preferred
Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented
