PROJECT MANAGER– PLUMBING & FIRE SUPPRESSION
A union plumbing company is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER for public and commercial plumbing & fire suppression work in NYC area.
- Must have extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing, heating, fire sprinkler work
- At least 7 years experience in commercial plumbing and fire suppression work
- Must be able to schedule jobs, order material for the job, and coordinate crews
- Must be capable of reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise project crews/subcontractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have transportation to and from job sites throughout the New York City.
- Experience working with the NYSCA, NYCHA, DDC, DPR, and other NYC agencies is preferred
