Maintenance & General Contracting Company looking for EXPERIENCED power washers with Clean & Valid Drivers License for exterior maintenance work IMMEDIATE HIRE
Power washing storefronts, sidewalks, and awning cleaning in addition to other general cleaning duties. This position will be based in the Bronx and cover the tri-state area.
This position may require you to go on ladders or in a lift, must NOT have a fear of heights
A clean Driver's license is a plus
MUST:
- Be reliable and able to work nights and weekends. Work week Sunday - Thursday night
- Be able to take direction and work both independently as well as with others
- Be professional and courteous to all clients and coworkers
- a plus clean & valid driver's license.
