Part-Time Morning Cleaning/Maintenance Position

Discovery Programs, a children's early childhood and after school program on the UWS of Manhattan is looking for a maintenance employee. The working hours are Sundays starting at 8:00am for 2-3 hours and Mondays 7:00am-12:00pm. Additional hours may be available as a sub or for special events. The maintenance person will be responsible for moving and setting up gym equipment and furniture so they should be able to lift items weighing approximately up to 50lbs. They will be responsible for cleaning the gym, gymnastics equipment, the classrooms, the lobby and bathrooms. Candidates should have prior cleaning or maintenance experience and be able to work independently. Applicants should send resume and email of interest to listed email.
