Need interior painters and floor refinishers Asap

Looking for some help witb interior painting and hardwood floor refinishing for apartment turnovers as people move out of the building, each apartment needs to be fixed up. I have lots of these apartments to do so if it works out you will have consistent work. I need people who have experience with using a drum sander/edger, interior patching/painting/taping re-grouting/caulking who are very detail oriented and efficient. Each apartment will take 3 to 5 days to complete and I have other jobs throughout manhattan. If you’re interested respond to this with you general availability, experience level with these specific things and some examples of your work. If you don’t provide these specific details I won’t respond. I’m willing to train as well but only if you’re reliable, don’t waste my time or your own.
