Mold Remediation & Water Mitigation Technician
Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $25/hr – $30+/hr (based on experience & certifications)
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented technician to join our growing remediation team. This part-time role offers a path to full-time employment and professional certification for team members who prove themselves during the initial trial period.
Schedule & Pay Structure:
Guaranteed minimum of 2 workdays per week
If no work is available on your assigned days, you’ll still receive a $500 weekly salary
Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch at noon)
Occasional overtime is available
Must be ready to respond when called during business hours

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to job sites or office
Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to follow safety protocols, wear company uniform (shirt and pants) and PPE.
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
Experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be trained
Must take pride in leaving each job site clean, safe, and client-ready
Compensation:
$25/hr starting rate
Up to $30+/hr for experienced or certified techs
$500/week guaranteed minimum
Certification costs covered after trial period for committed team members
