Job Duties:
Assist in daily food preparation
Ensure proper handling of all food items
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Support smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:

Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
COOKS (Jamaica Queens)
Starting Pay: $19.10/hr.
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe.
Ensure that all dishes served meet company standards.
Prepare and cook dishes.
Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
Maintain work areas, clean, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
Requirements:
Must have kitchen experience.
Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is preferred.
Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
