IMMEDIATE HIRE
Experienced Maintenance Worker Long Term Government Temporary Position
1.Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
2.Performing preventative maintenance.
3.Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
4. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
5.Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
6.Repairing machines, equipment, or correcting them.
7.Supporting staff by dispatching maintenance requests.
8.responding to emergency maintenance requests.
9.Assisting with renovation, handyman skills.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Paid weekly through a NYC Staffing Firm.
$30 an hour.
