Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is key to helping us deliver top-notch laundry services and an excellent experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry following company procedures
Assist customers with laundry machine usage and provide friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
Monitor machines for maintenance needs and report any issues to management
Process customer payments and manage records as needed
Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Requirements:
Previous experience in a laundry facility or similar setting is required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
