Duties:
- Manage all front desk activities
- Over see that preventative maintenance projects are complete
- Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and to meet building guidelines
- Ensure reported issues are immediately addressed
- Maintain records and reports to have ready for audits from city agencies
- Implement and enforce building rules, regulations and policies
- Conducting numerous checks and maintaining communication with related departments
- Sending daily reports to upper management regarding building conditions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations and customer service
- Fire safety certified (F80 certificate from FDNY)
- Proficiency in phone systems and reservation software
- Strong understanding of guest services
- Excellent front desk skills, including phone etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
