Janitor Needed – Residential Building (Midtown Manhattan)

We’re a local property management company hiring a full-time Janitor for a residential building in Midtown. We need someone reliable to help keep the property clean, safe, and presentable for residents.
Job Duties:
Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other shared areas daily
Take out trash and recycling
Clean windows, polish surfaces, restock supplies
Report maintenance or safety issues
Occasionally assist with resident needs or events
Requirements:
Janitorial or cleaning experience (residential/hotel preferred)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Physically active job – must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Must pass a background check
