We are looking for a part time cashier to start as soon as possible for Friday through Sunday, from 8am - 5pm. This schedule is non negotiable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan items and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect cash or credit card payments
- Issue receipts, refunds and change
- Redeem frequent wash cards and coupons
- Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information
- Provide excellent customer service to create a good relationship with customers
- Keep track of customer plate numbers to ensure all services are paid in full
Requirements and Skills:
- High school degree
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience as a cashier or customer service representative
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with cash registers, credit card machines and the POS system
- Strong communications and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions from superiors and cooperate with other employees
- Customer satisfaction oriented
We are looking for someone who lives in the area or will not have a long commute. Serious candidates only.
