We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical services, and ensuring excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Conduct patient consultations to review medication regimens
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Perform utilization reviews to ensure appropriate medication use
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals
- Utilize aseptic technique in compounding sterile products
- Monitor patients in acute care settings such as the Emergency Room (ER) or Critical Care units
Skills:
- Strong patient service orientation
- Proficiency in acute pain management
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in medication administration and patient care
