A growing Healthcare Company is seeking a tech-savvy Delivery Personnel to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) division. This role involves delivering medical devices to patients, assisting with setup, and providing training on device usage.
Responsibilities:
Assist the RPM Intake Coordinator in preparing and setting up devices for onboarding.
Deliver devices to patients’ homes and ensure proper setup.
Connect patients with the RPM Intake Coordinator for remote assistance.
Communicate effectively with the Medical Team.
Maintain and manage all medical equipment.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and ready for use.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Own a reliable vehicle.
Comfortable using and explaining basic smartphone technology.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Spanish-speaking is a plus!
