Are you a passionate BCBA seeking leadership experience, research opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact?
We're a new non-profit ABA therapy center dedicated to providing evidence-based care to children with autism in a diverse and inclusive environment. We're looking for a dynamic BCBA working towards their BCBA-D to join us as a part-time Clinical Director.

Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical operations, including treatment plans and program development.
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and an experienced administrative assistant.
Participate in community outreach and fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Active enrollment in a BCBA-D program
Proven experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
