Medical Receptionist (speak Spanish) in Woodside
We opened this physical therapy office last year.
With the recent increase in Spanish patients,
We need the front desk staff who can speak Spanish.
People of various nationalities come to our clinic.
(Filipinos, Bangladeshi, Korean, Japanese, Nepali. Etc)
We're looking for receptionist like this.
- Person who is kind and sincere to our patients
- Person who is active in anything
- Person who can share goals and plans together, and work together for a long time
Job type : Part-time or Full-time
Location : Woodside, Queens, NY
- 1 min from Woodside station
Responsibilities
Main job
- Schedules appointments and follow ups for visits.
- Requesting of PT authorization
- Call with patients
- Verifying Insurance Benefits
Sub job
- Manage schedule to ensure no gaps in scheduling system.
Requirements
- Must be legally able to work in the US (No CASH)
- Must be bilingual Spanish / English
- Experience as medical receptionist (more than 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate or Bachelor degree
Pay : $20 per hour (start) / $22 24
Benefits : Sick / Paid time off, Incentive
Training period (2weeks 1month) : $20, 24days
- After the training period, full-time offers and salary increase (keep going) or job cancellation (good bye).
