Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced LPN to provide direct nursing care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other medical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support the overall operations of the facility.
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
- Having some experience of nursing (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
