Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
Experience with Seniors or Assisted livings preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Ability to build rapport with residents.
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and move residents safely.
Ability to handle physical workload.
