Full/Part-Time Physical Therapy (Long Island - Queens Border) NYS Licensed Physical Therapist.
If you are a Canadian citizen and have a visa screen certificate, then we can apply for a TN visa.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with patients and take a case history to determine overall health.
- Ability to seek, find, and treat the root causes of the patient's pain, not just the symptom(s).
- Write thorough notes for each session in EMR on a daily basis – training will be provided if necessary.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other therapists and staff members
- Strong manual skills preferred.
Requirements:
New York State Physical Therapist license
