Vida Dental is a boutique, high-quality dental office seeking an experienced and dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team long term. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and ready to become part of our dental family.
This is a full-time position after a short training period.
What We’re Looking For:
️ Experience working in a PPO / fee-for-service dental office (not HMO no Medicaide/Medicare)
️ Strong communication and customer service skills
️ Dependable, professional, and a team player
️ Looking for a long-term home, not just a job
️ Able to handle scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient check-ins/check-outs
Position Details:
Training Period: Part-time (30 hours/week) for the first 4 weeks
Permanent Schedule: Full-time after 4 weeks
Pay: $22–$30/hr based on experience
