We are a modern and comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry practice located in Manhattan. We are searching for an amazing team member to help with practice management and care coordination. Dental knowledge is a must for this position. We would prefer this team member have the following qualifications:
- Previous dental experience
- 2-3 years of management experience or treatment coordination
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to coordinate multiple schedules
- proficiency with computers, experience with word processing, and electronic records management
- knowledge of dental insurance plans and claim processing
- a positive and friendly demeanor, and ability to positively affect office culture
- ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of clinical and non- clinical team members to deliver an exceptional experience for our patients
This position is for Mondays through Fridays and one short Saturday per month (no Saturdays during the summer).
Compensation will be based on experience and skills but will range from $29-$37/hour. Benefits also available.
