Motivated healthcare, community-driven professional with a passion for helping individuals access quality healthcare? We are looking for a Community Health Enrollment Specialist to engage with local residents, assist with health plan enrollment, and develop relationships with community-based organizations.
- HSD/GED no college necessary
- 4+ years of relevant sales or community outreach experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, MS Office and data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build trust in the community
- Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle required for certain territories (e.g., Long Island)
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and drive enrollment goals
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
