Case Manager Bilingual Spanish
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00/hour
Bilingual Spanish Required
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 15 clients
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assess client needs
Meet weekly with clients to support housing and recovery goals
Encourage harm reduction strategies and wellness planning
Prepare documentation for housing applications and service plans
Assist and counsel clients through the process of securing permanent housing
Maintain accurate records in compliance with agency, city, and state standards
Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to coordinate services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience working with housing-insecure or high-needs populations
Familiarity with harm reduction and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bilingual in Spanish required or strongly preferred
