We’re seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Weekend Host to join our front-of-house team at Egg Shop (Williamsburg), a busy and well-loved brunch destination. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
Location: 138 N eighth st. Brooklyn, NY. 11249.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (mornings to early afternoons)
Position Type: Part Time, Weekend Only
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a warm, courteous, and timely manner
Manage the waitlist and reservations using our guest management system
Maintain an organized and calm presence during high volume periods
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
Provide accurate wait times and accommodate guest needs professionally
Qualifications
Must be a morning person, as shifts start at 9 AM
Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Dependable, punctual, and team oriented
Must be available both Saturday and Sunday mornings
