Staff Requirements:
Fine dining service experience and/or prior experience in French establishment.
Ability to memorize menu items and wine list
Work under pressure and in a cohesive team environment.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Excellent guest service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to display a warm and hospitable attitude.
Knowledge of proper presentation and serving wine according to standards.
Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
