Responsibilities:
Oversee nightly operations
Lead and inspire staff and schedule
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation and compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage budgets, staffing, training
Handle guest concerns in a timely manner
Implement directives from ownership
Drive revenue
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management
Proven leadership and team building skills
Strong understanding of service standards, food and beverage sales, budgets, and P&L statements
Excellent communication skills
Passion for hospitality and excellent client-facing skills
