Prepare fresh ingredients daily (meats, toppings, tortillas, etc.)
Assemble tacos, burritos, and bowls accurately and quickly
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Restock prep stations and keep kitchen organized
Follow proper portioning and presentation guidelines
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service
Provide friendly and helpful customer interactions as needed
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 4 PM – 11 PM
Starting at $18/hr, $19 after 30 days
Up to $20+ for additional stations (grill, line cook, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or food prep experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to read and understand food labels and recipes
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
