Seeking experienced sushi chef for dinner service in new Japanese restaurant in the UES/Lennox Hill area. The concept is "seafood and sushi bistro": authentic Japanese food served in a fun, semi-casual atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and have excellent fish preparation and sushi making skills.
The sushi chef will support the chef owner at the sushi counter.
Working hours are expected to be 3:00pm to 10:00pm, six days a week.
