SUSHI CHEF
FULL TIME 5 days a week $18 and up, per hour + tips
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have experience to clean whole fish and prepare fish and other ingredients, making sushi rice
Nigiri Sushi, sashimi, and maki roll
Set up sushi bar when opening and clean up when closing
REQUIREMENTS:
-5 + years’ experience at sushi restaurant
-may have a experience preparing omakase sushi
-ability to work in a paced environment
-Must have authorization to work in the US
-team player, hospitality spirit
-reliable, honest, punctuality
Training and test for 13 days. weekly pay by check
Full time : $18/hour + tips. Gross $1200/week (hourly wage + tips)
5 days/week 1:00pm (910 hours/day) 45 hours (average)/week
