SB is looking for a part-time Expeditor. This is a day and/or nighttime position that requires open availability, including weekends. This role is non-exempt and paid hourly.
The ideal candidate will:
Manage POS orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen respectfully and clearly.
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including components, utensils, and drop lines.
Communicate 86s, menu updates, and food-related information to FOH staff.
Execute food safety and allergy protocols effectively.
Foster open communication between BOH and FOH teams.
Address guest requests/issues promptly, involving servers or management as needed.
Adhere to grooming, dress code, and safety standards.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Successful candidates will have:
Strong knowledge of service flow, ticket times, and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest conflicts effectively.
Receptive to constructive feedback and able to implement guidance productively.
Capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
Quick thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
While performing the duties of the job, this position is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
