Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service. As a server, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, including daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall dining experience
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and seek assistance from management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and service stations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
