As the face of Friend of a Farmer, our servers and bartenders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position involves both serving and bartending responsibilities, so prior experience in both areas and in a New York city restaurant is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidence, and a sense of professionalism and polish. A commitment to maintaining the high standards set by management is expected at all times. Ideal applicants are warm, efficient, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and guest-focused environment.

Requirements for Server / Bartender:
Must have AT LEAST 3-5 years experience as a server in Upscale Casual/Fine Dinning Environment.
Must have AT LEAST 1-3 years in a NYC restaurant.
Must have intermediate-advanced wine knowledge.
Must have cocktail knowledge.
Must have FULL availability and weekends are a must.
Pre-Requisties:
Calm and collected under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Team Player.
Respectful.
Willingness to learn as well as take constructive criticism.
Experience in farm-to-table restaurants preferred but not required.
