Goldie's Tavern is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartenders and Servers to work our team and create exceptional experiences for our guests.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all liquor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers accurately.
Proven experience in a bar or restaurant, with at least 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and wine.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
