We are currently seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at Brasserie VietNam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Ensure timely delivery of meals
Check-in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns
Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient operation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
Team player with a positive attitude
