The ideal candidate should:
+ Possess stellar customer service skills
+ Have the ability to effectively lead a team
+ Know how to have fun and be professional at the same time
+ Have 2+ years previous management experience
+ Have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
+ Be hands on - this is not a sit back and watch type of job - you need to be willing to make drinks, run, bus, serve - whatever is needed during the shift
+ Be organized and tidy
+ Have strong knowledge of vegetarian/vegan food
+ Wine Knowledge
+ Greatly enjoy the restaurant business
+ Have open availability
+ Weekends a must
+ 45+ hours per week
+ Truly enjoy being part of a growing, dynamic company
+ Possess NYC Food Handlers License
