Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items, primarily on the sauté station, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Assist with prep work and inventory management as needed
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sauté cook or line cook in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
