We are looking for servers with restaurant experience in upscale New York restaurants and basic knowledge of Italian Food & Wine to join our team.
Job Requirements:
- Two year’s experience in a reputable restaurant in a high-volume market
- Proficiency with Salido POS systems
- High Levels of Genuine Hospitality
- Serving tables indoors and outdoors
- Coursing items
- Menu knowledge of food and beverages
- Ability to make cocktails
- Setting and clearing tables as part of the team
- Settling payment transactions
- Relationship building with guests
- Ability to lift 50lbs
