Roberta’s is actively expanding into a new restaurant concept, and is looking for talented people to grow with us at our new location just outside Penn Station and Madison Square Garden!
Ideal Candidates:
- At least 1 year of line cook and pizza making experience
- Strong interest in pizza, of all styles
- Interest in mastering pizza making.
- Work a busy service smoothly.
- Hand stretch pizza dough in less than 20 seconds
- Excels at communicating directly with guests
- Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual
- Great attitude, respectful and a team player.

OPPORTUNITY:
- Master baking pizza in a wood-fired pizza oven, and brand new pizzamaster oven.
- Other stations to learn include pasta, grill, expo, garde manger and more

- Work public & private events such as music festivals and lavish parties in and around the city.
- Work with a new team from the ground up, opening a new concept for Roberta’s, in a brand

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Abilities to make NY style pizza and/or neapolitan pizza
- Must be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- Should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience and be able to handle normal service
pressures with poise and enthusiasm.
- Unwavering sense of urgency, detail oriented, asks for projects in the down-time, cleans early
and often.
- Listens well to feedback.
COMPENSATION:
-$19-24/hr depending on experience.
