THIS IS A DUAL POSITION 3 DAYS RESTAURANT SUPPORT & 2 DAYS ADMIN SUPPORT.

Greet customers, accurately process payments at the register, handling cash and credit card transactions, provide excellent customer service, resolving minor issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience by interacting directly with guests at the point of sale, all while maintaining cleanliness and following established cash handling procedures.

Customer Service through (email, calls, Yelp, Google and in person)

Sales Skills and Grant Writing is an ABSOLUTE MUST. You will be the first person to have contact with new and returning customers/ clients.

Organize and maintain all restaurant invoices, records, and human resources data.

Must know how to use Microsoft Suite, Google Documents,Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, etc.h

Help find potential catering clients, and donors.

Schedule appointments and keep calendar up to date.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as: answer telephones, assist guests, take phone orders and messages, type correspondence and F&B related forms, event signage, and minutes for communication meetings. Also types menus for restaurants, parties, place cards, name cards, and table tents.

·Order restaurant supplies and maintains par. Files miscellaneous reports, schedules, letters, memos, and minutes.

Responsible for miscellaneous projects such as revising and updating menus, sending out updated menus to corporate clients as needed.

Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies.

Maintain positive relationships with fund providers and other stakeholders.

Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Leadership.
