Job Description:
We’re looking for a Reservations and Customer Service Coordinator to manage all bookings, customer inquiries, and phone calls. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in using Resy, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work efficiently both remotely and on-site as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage all reservation bookings through Resy
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Coordinate with restaurant management on guest needs and bookings
Ensure that all reservations are accurately recorded and confirmed
Qualifications:
Experience with Resy or similar reservation systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work remotely with flexible hours (some on-site work if needed)
Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurants
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
