Requirements:
Must Have A Minimum Of TWO (2) Years Professional Pizza Making Experience with
A BRICK OVEN
Full Time Position = 5-6 Days Per Week
ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY:
Must Speak English Fluently
A + If You Speak Italian Also
Must have a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate or be willing and able to immediately enroll in the course to obtain one.
Must Have A Valid United States Of America Social Security Card
Must Have A Valid United States Of America Federal OR State Issued Photo Identification
Must be able to PASS a Background Check

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking activities
- Develop innovative menu items while maintaining consistency and quality
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary skills and best practices
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Pizza Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
