The prep cook is motivated to maintain high culinary standards and to execute dishes to specifications set forth by the company.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to follow recipes
Agility to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner
Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the kitchen.
Working as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in order of priority and in the allotted time frame.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Execute guest food orders in a timely and orderly manner.
Ensuring that all food produced is equal to or above the minimum set standards.
Ensuring portion control, wastage control, and adhere to par levels for service.
Effective communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors
Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and solve issues.
Knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to lift, pull, push, carry up to 30 pounds/ stand for extended periods of time.
Have weekend and evening availability.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $22.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $150
