Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join our team. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for helping with the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles, including inventory control and cost management
- Familiarity with dietary requirements and restrictions
