High end restaurant featured in the New York Times top 100 is looking for a pastry person to take over the desserts for this chef owner restaurant in the flatiron District. The candidate needs to be motivated and able to produce desserts and cakes.
Willing to teach our recipes. Must be able to work weekends. All overtime is paid at time and half.
