Bayles Hospitality Group is adding a Quality Assurance Associate to our NYC team. If you’re dependable, detail-focused, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is a great fit. No previous experience required — we’ll train you from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Visit 2 client sites each day with a partner — locations range from hotels and restaurants to fitness centers and retail spaces.
Follow a step-by-step checklist to confirm service and operational standards are met.
Complete all provided forms accurately.
Typical workday (including travel) is about 8 hours.
The “Secret Guest” Bonus Work
Alongside your 40-hour work week, you’ll get paid opportunities to act as a guest for our clients — with all expenses covered:
Restaurants: Once a week, enjoy a paid 2-hour dining visit to review service and food quality.
Hotels: Twice a month, enjoy an overnight stay and report your experience (8 paid hours per stay).
Cruises: Twice a year, join a 3–5 day cruise evaluation. You’ll be paid for 50 hours, including overtime.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and observant — able to follow instructions and document accurately.
Comfortable traveling locally each day.
Willing to learn (training provided).
