This open call is for servers looking for an opportunity to work in lounge environment accompanied by live music. The Wallace Lounge offers a refined cocktail list along with champagnes by the glass and wonderful light bites to be enjoyed with an evening of live music. The lounge is known for his elegance and comfortable environment tucked inside the acclaimed Wallace Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations on food and beverage pairings Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with the team and bar to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous 2 years experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant - Strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
