The ideal candidate has an upbeat friendly attitude, advanced knowledge of expoing and plating food, strong multitasking abilities, open availability, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience. Our culture requires a candidate who is passionate about the service industry, and energetic with an outgoing personality to enable seamless integration with our existing team. Candidates must be self-starters and willing to develop their knowledge continually of our food and beverage program and customer relations.

Responsibilities:
− To deliver excellence in customer service, remember that service matters most.
− To ensure the company culture is visible in all aspects of the business.
− Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the setup and break down of stations
− Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the assigned station and the establishment.
− Must retain and maintain complete knowledge of all food menu items.
− Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.
− Perform all sequence of service duties in adherence to all company standards.
− Must have the ability to carry large trays of drinks and food and have the ability to organize multiple orders.
− Ensure sanitation fundamentals and HD requirements.
− Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
− Ensure that all guests are completely satisfied and believe that they have received a tremendous value.
− Undertake regular internal inspections to ensure the company's assets are well maintained and protected.
− All other responsibilities assigned by Management.
