We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to play a crucial role in our hospitality group. This position is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of industry-specific regulations, excellent multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Oversee the Department of Health (DOH) permitting and licensing process for all locations.

Handle State Liquor Authority (SLA) applications, renewals, and compliance documentation.

Maintain records related to trademarks and intellectual property.

Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and legal departments.

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations impacting hospitality operations.

Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

In-depth knowledge of DOH permitting and licensing requirements.

Familiarity with SLA regulations and compliance procedures.

Experience managing trademarks and intellectual property documentation.

Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems.

Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Excel and other administrative tools.
