Small hospitality group is looking to hire a part-time office manager. The job includes but is not limited to the following:
Weekly Payroll Processing, employee onboarding, Bill Pay, Basic HR, Bank Runs, Errands, Permits, insurance management, Supply ordering, inventory, stock and organization.
The right candidate must have knowledge and experience working in hospitality, be highly organized, proactive, a multitasker, self motivated as well as taking direction well from colleagues. You will work closely with hands on owners to make sure that all back of the scenes are organized and current at all times.
Experience with Square and Quickbooks required. Knowledge of the Spanish langue and Social Media platforms a plus.
