We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative baker to join our team and help shape our venture from the ground up. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.
What You’ll Do:
To help set up:
Create, test, adjust, and finalize recipes (primarily small savory and sweet pastries) based on guidance from ownership
Organize the kitchen layout, equipment, and production flow
Ensure adherence to NYC health codes and assist in developing internal protocols
Ongoing:
For the right candidate, this can become a long-term role leading daily baking and production after opening
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of a culinary school with a focus on baking
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Experience in creating and testing new recipes a big plus
